| Description: | On the final day of on-site work, the engineer delivered a synopsis of the initial findings of the survey to management to permit the facility to move forward aggressively with identified primary level improvements. We worked with management to outline work required to complete the survey by requesting additional information and more detailed analysis of the findings. A detailed written report was provided identifying all of the opportunities uncovered during the survey, including expected cost savings of $121,500, recommendations, and a prioritized listing for implementation. Estimated costs for implementation of the recommendations were provided where readily available. The preliminary results were reviewed with plant management on the last day of the survey and a final report outlining all recommendations was delivered within six weeks of completion of on-site work. |
